Refund policy

You may return any UNUSED, UNOPENED merchandise in its original condition within 14 days of receipt for a refund (no exchange and excludes restocking and shipping & handling fees) with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We cannot accept returns or issue any credit on merchandise that has been opened and/or partially used.

You must report any discrepancies and/or shipping damage within 5 days of receipt (no replacement or refund after 5 days). Proof of damage is required for any damage claims.

Email customerservice@head2toebeauty.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please do NOT return any merchandise to us without a RMA number. Merchandise returned to us without a RMA number will be charged 15% restocking fee (used merchandise will not be accepted and returned to you at your expense). You are responsible for shipping charges for the return.

IMPORTANT: If you refuse your order after shipment, you will be charged shipping and a 15% restocking fee. No credit or refund will be given for merchandise returned after 15 days or not in NEW condition with all packaging material included.

All warranties, if expressed, are provided by the manufacturers. If you have an item that requires repair or replacement, please contact the manufacturer.
